Position: Operations Manager

Xtreme Outdoor officially opened in March 2009. Since then, we've provided affordable paintball rentals to the Rexburg area. I am looking for somebody to manage day-to-day operations that loves entrepreneurship and enjoys the outdoors. Paintball experience is a definite plus. Interest is necessary. Because the business is entirely contained in a small trailer, qualified applicants will need to have access to a vehicle that can tow the trailer when needed. This position has great potential for growth and ownership. It is a part time job that works great as a side job. The hours are very flexible as service is rendered by appointment.

Duties and Responsibities:

  • Take calls and arrange times for rentals and service
  • Package up rental equipment
  • Fill CO2 tanks
  • Manage paintball and CO2 inventory (Requires heavy lifting)
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Accompany paintball groups
  • Tow trailer when needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience serving customers
  • Paintball Experience
  • Love the outdoors
  • Interest in paintball
  • Access to vehicle capable of pulling a small trailer
  • Willing to sacrifice most Saturday mornings
